Shipping Policy

Refund Policy.

If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase please return it within 14 days of receiving, for either an exchange or a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Product with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If your item is damaged please email shop.kokodesigner@gmail.com and we will provide a replacement asap

If you made the wrong selection and would like to exchange it for another design, please return your item in its original condition and packaging to the below address, with note stating your prefered replacement design

Please note, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
You will also be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

I’m a return and refund policy. I’m a great place to let your customers know what to do in case they are dissatisfied with their purchase. Having a straightforward refund or exchange policy is a great way to build trust and reassure your customers that they can buy with confidence.
